Delete your Hisabli account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or the web.
How to delete
- Sign in to Hisabli on the phone app or at hisabli.com.
- Open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password (and your two-factor code if enabled). Deletion is immediate.
What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in, devices and notification tokens, and every household only you belong to — including all its transactions, receipts, members, goals, debts and reminders. Households shared with other people remain with them; only your membership is removed. Payment records required by law are kept for the statutory period without your personal profile.
Cannot sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
